Effective July 22, 2026
These terms govern your use of Kloud Laundry. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.
Kloud picks up your laundry, has it washed and folded, and delivers it back to you. We currently operate in South Florida. Some services are performed by partner laundry facilities working on our behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the addresses, access notes, and contact details you give us. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
Pickup and delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather, and volume can shift them. We photograph your bags at pickup and at delivery as a record of condition and handoff.
If nobody is available and no safe drop-off location was provided, we may need to reschedule. Repeated failed attempts may incur a fee, which we will tell you about before charging.
Standard wash-and-fold is priced by weight. When you book, we place an authorization hold on your payment method. After your laundry is weighed, you will be asked to approve the final amount before we charge you. If the weighed total exceeds your original estimate, the order pauses until you approve it.
If you decline the revised amount, we will return your laundry unwashed at no charge.
You can cancel free of charge any time before pickup. Once your laundry has been collected and cleaning has begun, the order cannot be cancelled and the full amount applies. If cleaning has not yet started, contact us and we will return your items at no charge.
Please do not include:
We are not responsible for valuables left in garments, and we may refuse or return any item we consider unsafe to handle.
Standard wash-and-fold is a machine-wash service. Items that require dry cleaning, hand washing, or special handling should not be included unless you have arranged that service with us in advance.
Some fabrics shrink, bleed, or wear regardless of proper handling, and care labels are sometimes missing or wrong. We are not liable for damage to items that were unsuitable for standard laundering, or for normal wear from routine washing.
If something goes wrong and it is our fault, we will make it right — typically through a refund or account credit. Report any issue within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate while the chain of custody and proof photos are still fresh.
For lost or damaged items, our liability is limited to the lesser of the item's depreciated value or ten times the cleaning charge for that item, consistent with standard practice in the laundry industry.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, and forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
