Sign in and open your dashboard to see live status for every order — scheduled, picked up, being cleaned, out for delivery, or delivered — along with the proof photos taken at pickup and delivery.

How is my order priced? Standard wash-and-fold is priced by weight. When you book, you make a booking payment of $20 per bag, which comes off your bill. We weigh your laundry at the facility and ask you to approve the final amount before anything is washed. You are never charged more than you approved. Sales tax is added as its own line on that final amount unless your account is tax exempt. If you say no, we bring it back unwashed; the $20 for the drive stands and the rest of your booking payment is refunded.

Something is missing or damaged. Email us within 48 hours of delivery. Every order has photo proof and a chain-of-custody record, so we can trace where things went wrong and make it right.

What if nothing is out when the driver comes? The driver waits five minutes. After that the $20 for the drive applies to that pickup, and we email you the times. Every pickup carries the same $20; on a normal order it is inside your minimum.

I need to cancel. Cancel free any time before the driver is on the way. If we have already collected your laundry, the $20 for the drive stands; if cleaning has not started, email us and we will return it unwashed and refund the rest.

Do you serve my area? We currently operate in South Florida. Email us with your address and we will confirm.
