Privacy Policy

When you create an account and place orders, we collect:

• Account information — your name, email address, and phone number.
• Pickup and delivery addresses, including any access notes you provide (gate codes, apartment numbers, drop-off instructions).
• Order details — service selections, item counts, weights, special handling requests, and order history.
• Proof photos — our drivers photograph your laundry bags at pickup and at delivery to document condition and confirm handoff.
• Communications — messages you send us about an order or an issue.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number never reaches Kloud's servers and we cannot see it. We store only the information Stripe returns to us — a payment reference, the card brand, the last four digits, and the amount and status of each charge.

Because laundry is priced by weight, we place a hold when you book and charge the final amount only after you approve the weighed total. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policy.

We use what we collect to:

• Schedule, route, and complete your pickups and deliveries.
• Process payments and issue refunds or credits.
• Send order updates — pickup confirmations, weight approval requests, and delivery notifications.
• Investigate and resolve issues such as a missing or damaged item.
• Maintain records for accounting and for resolving disputes.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We share only what each party needs to do their job for your order:

• Drivers — your name, pickup and delivery address, access notes, and phone number for the orders assigned to them.
• Partner laundry facilities — your order contents, weight, and any special handling instructions. Partners receive an order identifier rather than your home address.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase and Vercel — our database and hosting providers, which store and serve the data on our behalf.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, staff, or business.

Your data is stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security, so accounts can only reach their own records. Traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit who inside Kloud can see it.

We keep order records, including proof photos, for as long as needed to run the service, resolve disputes, and meet accounting and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data by emailing us, and we will do so except where we are required to keep records.

You can review and update your account details and addresses at any time from your account settings. To request a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account, email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Kloud is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

If we make material changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
